Bashak-Inam Insurance Company pays thorough attention to the development of local Azeri insurance market. Along with ceding risks to other insurance companies operating in Azerbaijan, we have contributed considerably to the training of insurance specialists. Our experts have been involved in knowledge exchange with Turkish and German counterparts in Turkish Insurance Institute and Bashak Insurance of Turkey.

In addition, some of our specialists have been educated in Chartered Insurance Institute of the United Kingdom and today, they are encouraged to share their knowledge within the company. Since our company tries to set up its personnel policy on young professionals, it has also been successful in attracting students who attained their master and university degrees in American and European universities.

In Bashak-Inam, we have developed a curriculum for the insurance agents. We educate groups of 5-10 persons about basic insurance concepts and the types of insurance services we currently offer to our customers. Upon successful completion of our courses, students are granted an opportunity to work as an insurance agent and then as an insurance expert.
